Dim is the Founder & Managing Director of GRO Events Group, with extensive experience in event management, partnerships, event and workshop facilitation, event marketing and event communications.
Her background in rural and agricultural sectors, along with her expertise in crafting impactful events, ensures that each project is tailored to meet client goals. She also loves a bit of ChatGPT training to give people in rural and agricultural Australia an AI edge.
Passionate about supporting rural communities, Dimity brings a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to every event, helping businesses and organisations across Australia achieve success. Dimity bases herself between GRO HQ in Tamworth, NSW and at GRO remote sites in Scone, Sydney and Canberra.

Communications & PR Manager - Operations Lead
Holly is the Communications & PR Manager at GRO Events Group, bringing a wealth of experience in event marketing, communications, and storytelling. With a background rooted in the education sector and the beef industry,
Holly has a deep understanding of rural and agricultural communities. Her expertise spans media relations, social media management, content creation, and strategic communications.
Passionate about health, agriculture and education, Holly ensures that every event at GRO is backed by strong, engaging communications that resonate with target audiences across Australia. Based in Dayboro, QLD, Holly has her finger on the pulse in all matters relating to our QLD clients.
